Job Description

ManpowerGroup Middle East is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading IT company in Dubai, for a Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth across the region.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to promote the company's IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital and offline marketing, campaign management, and B2B marketing within the technology sector. They will collaborate closely with sales, product, and management teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and other digital channels.
  • Drive brand awareness and market positioning for IT products and services in the UAE and wider region.
  • Coordinate and oversee offline marketing activities, including events, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and campaigns that drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and recommend improvements to optimize ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, campaigns, and vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
