Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Brand and Project Identity:
  • Develop and manage the brand's overall identity and project-specific branding
  • Ensure consistent communication across print, digital, and events
  • Budget Management
  • Prepare and track marketing budget for maximum budget and resource optimization to meet objectives and goals
  • Track ROI for offline and integrated campaigns
  • Market Research and Collaboration:
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather insights and refine promotional strategies
  • Media Buying and Partnerships:
  • Strategically plan and procure media buying across print, digital, and outdoor platforms to maximize reach and impact
  • Manage vendor negotiations and relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely execution
  • Identify and explore high-value sponsorship opportunities that align with the brand's goals to enhance visibility and audience engagement
  • Event Management:
  • Plan and execute key events like property launches, open houses, broker events, trainings, and client appreciation events
  • Manage vendor coordination and event logistics efficiently
  • Public Relations:
  • Build and maintain relationships with the media; oversee press releases for launches and milestones
  • Manage influencer collaborations and establish thought leadership
  • Submit and oversee award and recognition entries
  • Customer Journey:
  • Map and personalize customer experiences for the enquiry funnel within show galleries and sales galleries
  • Create tailored sales kits and scripts for buyers and partners
  • Curate thoughtful gifts and goodies for brokers and partners during key events
  • Compliance and Permissions:
  • Obtain permission from Trakheesi for event activations and marketing initiatives, ensuring full compliance with regulations

Requirements

Qualification: Graduate/ Postgraduate (Any Country)

Experience: - 2 to 5 years of Digital & Traditional marketing & strategizing experience (in Real Estate is a big plus!).

  • Strong analytical & project management skills
  • UAE Experience is mandatory
