Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing MNV Associates end-to-end marketing strategy, with a strong focus on brand positioning, digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically while also executing hands-on.
Key Responsibility
Marketing Strategy & Brand Building
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with MNV Associates business objectives.
- Define and strengthen brand positioning across all channels, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.
- Work closely with leadership to support firm growth initiatives and service launches.
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Own and optimize SEO strategy to improve organic visibility, website traffic, and lead quality.
- Manage website content, landing pages, and performance tracking.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant platforms.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Create and oversee high-quality content including blogs, articles, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Translate complex tax and advisory topics into clear, engaging, and client-focused content.
- Build MNV Associates thought leadership presence in the UAE and regional market.
Lead Generation & Performance Tracking
- Design and execute lead generation campaigns for advisory and tax services.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI).
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights.
Collaboration & Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (designers, media partners, firms, etc.).
- Manage marketing budgets and timelines efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in professional services, advisory, finance, or tax firms.
- Strong experience in SEO, content marketing, and digital lead generation.
- Proven ability to build and execute marketing strategies from scratch.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience managing LinkedIn and B2B marketing campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
- Experience in the UAE or GCC market is a strong advantage.
