Job Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead the end-to-end marketing function for Garmin in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, driving brand visibility, demand generation, and sales growth across retail and e-commerce channels. The role is responsible for localizing global brand strategies, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring a strong market presence aligned with Garmin's global standards.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan across ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, retail, and events.
Localize global Garmin brand guidelines for the Saudi market.
Manage brand calendars, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Retail Marketing
Plan and execute in-store activations, demos, POS branding, window displays, and end-cap placements.
Ensure visual merchandising consistency across all retail partners.
Support new store openings across KSA (Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar, Red Sea Marina, Jizan).
Digital & Performance Marketing
Manage Amazon and Noon marketing activities including AMS, keyword optimization, and content enhancement.
Oversee social media channels, paid digital campaigns, landing pages, and CRM initiatives.
Lead influencer and creator partnerships across fitness, outdoor, cycling, and lifestyle categories.
Content & Communication
Develop product-focused content across all Garmin categories.
Ensure adherence to Garmin's brand theme and creative standards.
Produce localized ads, banners, store screens, and dealer presentation materials.
Partnerships & Activations
Manage collaborations with gyms, cycling clubs, running groups, and sporting communities.
Plan sponsorships, experiential activations, and brand challenges to increase market engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign performance, ROI, and funnel metrics.
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for Garmin regional teams and management.
Manage marketing budgets, vendor payments, and quarterly cost forecasts.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with sales, supply chain, and e-commerce teams for launch planning and stock alignment.
Support sub-distributors with marketing toolkits, POS materials, and localized assets.
Required Experience & Skills
58 years of marketing experience, preferably in electronics, wearables, lifestyle tech, or sports brands.
Strong experience in digital marketing and retail activations.
Hands-on expertise with Amazon and Noon advertising platforms.
Proven experience managing influencers and creator collaborations.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Success Metrics
Strong Garmin visibility across retail and online channels.
Growth in store footfall, e-commerce sales, and community engagement.
Consistent, data-driven monthly performance reporting.
