Job Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and measurable marketing impact.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Define marketing plans, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer insights, trends, and opportunities.

Brand & Communication

  • Own and manage brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing channels (online and offline).
  • Oversee content creation for campaigns, social media, website, and promotional materials.

Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Manage digital channels including social media, email marketing, website, SEO, and paid ads.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Optimize campaigns based on data and customer behavior.

Campaigns & Growth

  • Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and business teams to support lead generation and conversions.
  • Identify growth opportunities and new marketing channels.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage marketing team members.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, designers, influencers, and vendors.
  • Control marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency.

  • Brand awareness and engagement metrics
  • Lead generation and conversion rates
  • Campaign ROI and cost per lead
  • Social media growth and engagement
  • Website traffic and performance

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 58+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
