Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join Pay10 UAE. This role is designed for a high-energy, versatile marketer who can bridge the gap between digital strategy and physical boots on the ground execution. You will be responsible for driving consumer acquisition through a mix of digital performance, local activations, and lifecycle engagement.

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & UAE Activations
  • Digital Performance & SEO
  • Content & Influencer Management
  • CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 4 years experience in GTM or Growth Marketing, specifically within UAE's B2C or tech start-up eco-system
  • Experience in the UAE market, with deep understanding of local market landscape
  • Fluent in both Arabic & English (reading, writing and speaking)
  • FinTech/Payments industry experience is a plus
