Job Description
As a Marketing Manager at TOJ Agency, you will lead the marketing strategy for our clients and play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, overseeing campaign performance, and ensuring high-quality marketing outputs that drive measurable results for our clients.
You will work closely with internal teams including media buying, design, content, and sales to align strategy with execution and ensure consistent delivery of impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals and target audience.
- Define campaign objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and growth plans.
- Translate client business objectives into clear and actionable marketing strategies.
- Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.
2. Campaign Management & Performance
- Plan, oversee, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to improve results and ROI.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and aligned with client expectations.
3. Creative Direction & Content Oversight
- Provide strategic direction for marketing creatives and campaign messaging.
- Work closely with designers and content writers to ensure brand consistency and high-quality marketing materials.
- Review and approve marketing outputs before they are delivered to clients.
4. Client Strategy & Communication
- Work directly with clients to understand their marketing goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Present marketing strategies, campaign insights, and performance reports to clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication.
5. Team Coordination & Project Management
- Coordinate with internal teams including media buyers, designers, content writers, and sales.
- Ensure smooth collaboration across departments to deliver campaigns efficiently.
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables for multiple clients.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy, or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising platforms.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and coordinating with creative teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working in a marketing agency environment is highly preferred.
