About the Role 

We're looking for our first marketing hire to set the foundations of Vault's marketing strategy and roll up their sleeves to set it in motion. Focused on product marketing and innovative growth experiments, the right candidate will have a passion for building a great brand from the ground up. Heavy focus on building the fuel.

You'll spend most of your time on what we need to say and to whom, and then get our message to the market. To be successful in this role you'll apply your experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, project management, analytics, and cross-functional partnership to help drive customer behaviour. You'll drive launch announcements and growth marketing campaigns targeted towards both prospective and existing customers across channels. You'll also provide insights and market analysis back to product teams to help inform our general development strategy.

You will:

  • Develop and drive Vault's go-to-market strategies, including targeting, customer development, goal setting, product positioning and channel selection.
  • Craft product messaging on our website, app and CRM communications.
  • Track the right metrics, analyze data, and deeply understand our customer journeys. Advocate for our existing and prospective users, be informed about our competitive landscape.
  • Own campaign planning and launch coordination by developing efficient cross-functional processes, systems, and tools to guide projects from initial concept to execution.
  • Determine the best channel mix and go-to-market strategies to meet high scale and low cost new users.
  • Work deeply with our designers and freelancers to develop compelling, contextual, and relatable marketing concepts that truly resonate and drive customer behaviour.
  • Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams—product, engineering, and design to develop new campaigns, product improvements and initiatives.

This might be right for you if:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business, or Digital Media.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in product marketing and growth marketing roles at one or more fast-growing consumer tech companies (fintech a strong plus).
  • A strong track record of spearheading effective product launches and growth marketing campaigns across multiple product lines and channels.
  • A scrappy and resourceful way of operating. You're able to unblock yourself to achieve your goals and are always thinking creatively about your approach to problems.
  • You have experience with various marketing platforms, especially performance channels including LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and X, and can easily track and report performance data.
  • You have clear case studies of products or brands you've launched covering positioning, messaging, educational assets and results.
  • You are data-informed and have strong analytical capability and the ability to distinguish between signal and noise to make decisions.
  • You can professionally write in English and Arabic.
  • You are a Saudi National.
