Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Public Relations Executive role located in Dokki. We are looking for a creative and strategic individual to join our team as our Marketing & Public Relations lead. He will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive brand image, increasing brand awareness, managing media relations, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive business growth and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and PR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and SEO/SEM efforts.
- Write and distribute press releases, and prepare media kits.
- Monitor brand reputation across media and online platforms.
- Plan and execute events, exhibitions, press conferences, and brand activations to enhance company visibility.
- Create and manage content (articles, blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials).
- Analyze performance of marketing and PR activities using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, media monitoring tools, etc., and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations.
- Manage the marketing and PR budget effectively.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and senior management teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field (relevant certifications such as Google Digital Marketing, HubSpot, or PR-specific courses are a plus).
- 5–8+ years of experience in marketing and/or public relations.
- Excellent writing skills in English (and preferably Arabic)—able to write press releases, marketing copy, speeches, and engaging social content.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.).
- Solid understanding of KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, share of voice, media coverage value, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent/crisis situations calmly.
- Creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) or content management systems.
- Previous experience in [Manufacturing / Contracting Industry].
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
