Job Description

Job Summary

As a Marketing Specialist, you will lead all local marketing activities for Adecco Saudi Arabia, ensuring brand consistency, market relevance, and high engagement across digital channels. This role will manage social media platforms, create localized content in English and Arabic, develop sales collateral, coordinate with regional teams, and support website updates. The specialist will also oversee automated newsletters and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

Manage all Adecco Saudi Arabia social media platforms.

Ensure all content complies with Adecco brand standards and local cultural norms.

Monitor and review engagement metrics for each post (reach, impressions, CTR, comments, saves, shares).

2. Email Marketing & Marketing Cloud Automation

Build and send weekly newsletters through Marketing Cloud automation.

Manage and segment targeted client mailing lists.

Analyze open rates, CTR, and conversions to improve performance.

3. Content Development & Sales Collateral

Create and update Adecco brochures, capability decks, and sales materials.

Ensure alignment with global brand guidelines.

Produce English and Arabic versions of all sales assets.

4. Website Localization & Updates

Oversee translation of Adecco Saudi Arabia website content into Arabic.

Collaborate with local translation partners and the regional marketing team.

Work on website layouts and content updates using Figma.

Coordinate with the local agency for implementation and approvals.

5. Brand Governance & Creative Direction

Ensure all visuals, designs, and messaging adhere to Adecco brand identity.

Maintain a library of local Saudi imagery and approved campaign assets.

Support Head of Sales with custom materials for pitches, events, and client meetings.

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Prepare monthly marketing performance reports covering:

-Social media analytics

-Newsletter statistics

-Website traffic trends

-Engagement insights

Recommend optimization strategies based on data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Masters / MBA in marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 35 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in KSA
  • Strong skills in content creation, social media management, and analytics
  • Proficient in Marketing Cloud (or similar automation tools)
  • Experience with design tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Saudi market and cultural communication norms
