The Opportunity
We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to shape how finance leaders discover and engage with Elements. This remote, highautonomy role offers ownership over campaigns, brand presence, and demandgeneration programs as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Run multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Create clear, compelling messaging for finance decision makers.
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and social content.
- Align with sales to ensure highquality lead generation.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data.
- Support product launches, events, and competitive research.
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communicator able to simplify complex topics.
- Experienced in digital marketing and engagement strategies.
- Comfortable using data to drive decisions and experimentation.
- Effective multitasker with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, or analytics platforms.
