We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. Will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue growth for our platform. This position requires a passion for social media marketing, community building, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

What you will be doing:

• Develop and implement a social media marketing plan to build brand awareness and drive user acquisition for our platform
• Manage and grow our social media channels
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative content for our social media channels, email campaigns, and blog
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, including influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives
• Build and manage a community of engaged users and followers across our social media channels
• Analyze and report on social media metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies
• Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure our platform aligns with the needs of our target audience
• Identify and research market trends and competitor strategies to ensure our platform remains competitive
• Develop and execute a push notifications plan to increase user engagement and retention
• Conduct customer segmentation to identify and target specific audience segments with personalized marketing messages

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, community building, or related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Passion for the furniture industry and interior design
