Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing activities that support brand awareness, lead generation, and product/service promotion. The role involves managing campaigns, creating content, coordinating with internal teams, and optimizing marketing performance across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, paid ads, website).
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on results.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to generate qualified leads.
  • Content Creation & Branding
  • Create marketing content including posts, blogs, presentations, brochures, and social media materials.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all materials.
  • Support the creation of case studies, success stories, and product communication.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Manage company social media accounts and increase engagement.
  • Support SEO/SEM activities and website content updates.
  • Handle paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, Meta Ads) when needed.
  • Events & Activations
  • Support in planning and organizing events, workshops, and exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams for event preparation.
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Assist in creating reports and dashboards to track marketing KPIs.
  • Provide insights for improving marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging.
  • Support GTM (go-to-market) plans for new products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills (Arabic + English).
  • Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
