Our client is looking for a Marketing Specialist to be based in Dubai, UAE.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Marketing Specialist UAE to support and execute trade, brand, and partnership marketing activities across the MENA region. The role focuses on trade marketing execution, digital and brand activations, events, and B2B/B2C partnerships, working closely with Sales and external partners to drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Marketing (Modern Trade & Foodservice)
Plan and execute trade promotions, sampling activities, and in-store activations to support sales targets
Manage and monitor the annual trade marketing budget with monthly tracking and variance analysis
Evaluate profitability and performance of promotions before, during, and after execution
Coordinate promo stock distribution and ensure availability in market
Conduct regular store checks, competitor analysis, and consumer insights reporting (photo-supported)
Collaborate closely with Sales teams to design effective trade initiatives
Brand & Digital Marketing
Enhance brand visibility across B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms, ensuring brand compliance
Support influencer campaigns across MENA, including product allocation and logistics
Execute digital activations and online campaigns across existing platforms
Support content creation, photoshoots, and videography logistics
Support new product launches and recommend optimal marketing activities
Track market entries and trends, especially in value-added and foodservice segments
Partnerships & Events
Manage corporate marketing materials and brand assets for exhibitions and trade shows
Support tendering processes in line with company compliance procedures
Plan and execute major B2B and B2C events (trade shows, chef events, sponsorships, food festivals)
Co-own Joint Business Plan (JBP) execution with key retailers and distributors in new markets
Explore new concepts and initiatives that may generate additional revenue streams
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, FMCG, foodservice, or consumer goods preferred
Strong understanding of B2B & B2C marketing, promotions, and events
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Agencies, Partners)
Strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel within the MENA region as required
