Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns in line with the company's overall strategy.
Manage social media accounts and coordinate content creation with the design team.
Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Support SEO initiatives and optimize marketing content.
Collaborate with sales, design, and external vendors to ensure campaign alignment.
Manage and monitor the marketing budget.
Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
13 years of experience in marketing, preferably digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
