We deliver HSE, ESG, Fire Protection, Process Safety, ISO compliance, and digital transformation solutions to Fortune 500 companies, regional leaders, and governmental entities across more than 15 countries.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing, branding, and partnership initiatives to drive brand growth, lead generation, and market visibility. This role focuses on implementing digital advertising, managing content and campaigns, supporting SEO and media buying efforts, and coordinating with regional and strategic partners to ensure all marketing activities contribute to business growth and revenue objectives.

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Lead, Business Development, Sales, and Product teams to align execution with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy Execution

Support the development and implementation of the department's marketing strategy.

Assist in setting measurable objectives, priorities, and initiatives to achieve brand growth and lead generation goals.

Track and report on marketing activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

2. Campaign Management & Performance

Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.

Monitor campaign results, track KPIs, and provide performance insights for optimization.

Support adjustments to ongoing campaigns based on data-driven insights.

3. Lead Generation

Implement lead generation campaigns through digital channels, social media, and strategic initiatives.

Support media buying activities, ensuring campaigns deliver qualified leads with high ROI.

Assist in maintaining a consistent flow of leads within budget parameters.

4. Brand Awareness & PR Support

Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the company's and CEO's brand visibility through media coverage, events, and social media.

Coordinate with PR and content teams to publish high-quality, engaging content that enhances public perception.

Support the creation of stories, testimonials, and visual content for brand storytelling.

5. Partnerships & Collaborations

Identify and support partnership opportunities with regional and industry partners to drive brand growth and lead generation.

Assist in managing existing partnerships to ensure mutual value and alignment with marketing goals.

Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and event participation.

6. Content Creation & Social Media

Develop, curate, and publish engaging content across social platforms in line with company objectives.

Work with designers and videographers to create impactful visual content for digital channels.

Monitor social engagement metrics to optimize content strategy and increase follower growth.

7. SEO Strategy & Execution

Conduct keyword and market research to support SEO initiatives.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search visibility and organic traffic.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO-optimized materials are regularly produced.

8. Media Buying & Conversion Tracking

Assist in managing digital ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), ensuring optimal targeting and spend efficiency.

Track conversion rates and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Recommend improvements to maximize ROI and conversion outcomes.

9. Event Coordination & Promotion

Support planning and execution of company participation in industry events and exhibitions.

Assist in organizing company-hosted events to enhance brand positioning and lead generation.

Collaborate with PR and design teams to promote events across digital platforms.

10. Budget & Cost Optimization Support

Monitor campaign expenses and suggest cost-effective solutions to optimize marketing spend.

Ensure resourceful use of budget across all marketing functions while maintaining quality.

11. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate documentation of marketing activities, campaigns, and outcomes using project management tools (e.g., Trello).

Organize all marketing assets, materials, and outputs on Google Drive for centralized access.

Prepare and submit monthly marketing performance summaries highlighting accomplishments, metrics, and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

24 years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, or partnerships.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, and social media management.

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
