The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing initiatives that support T&S's growth objectives by generating qualified leads, strengthening brand presence, and supporting revenue growth.
The role focuses on campaign execution, coordination, performance tracking, and alignment with sales and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels in alignment with the growth strategy.
Support lead generation and demand generation initiatives targeting qualified prospects. Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery.
Manage marketing assets including brochures, presentations, landing pages, and website content. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics such as leads, CPL, and conversion rates. Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Support events, partnerships, and promotional activities when required.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials.
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of marketing activities.
Required Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Experience in digital marketing channels and campaign execution.
Basic understanding of CRM systems, analytics tools, and lead management processes.
Prior experience in industrial, technical, or tools-related industries is a plus.
Technical and Behavioral Competencies:
Technical Competencies Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals (social media, email, website, landing pages). Ability to track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
Experience with marketing tools, CRM platforms, and reporting dashboards.
Basic understanding of paid media and lead funnels.
Behavioral Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Adaptability and willingness to learn and improve.
