RESPONSIBILITIES- Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems and components for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure mechanical systems meet project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance evaluations of mechanical systems.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including technical reports and specifications.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure optimal material selection and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on existing mechanical systems.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
