Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technicians and Supervisors with solid experience in HVAC systems to support maintenance and operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient system performance through regular inspections, troubleshooting, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Prepare and submit detailed inspection and maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of HVAC components, systems, and controls.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale facilities or district cooling plants is an advantage.
• Familiarity with safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
