East Asia is looking for a skilled Media Buyer to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital platforms to drive sales, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate).
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
- Monitor daily budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to align creatives with campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads (TikTok is a plus).
- Solid understanding of targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly.
- Experience in retail or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
