The Media Buyer will be responsible for maximizing the return on investment (ROI) of the company's paid media budget. This role focuses on developing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance brand awareness. A strong data-driven mindset is essential to ensure campaign efficiency and achievement of strategic marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaign budgets to ensure efficient spending and achievement of performance goals.
- Identify, test, and scale new opportunities for growth and expansion across paid media channels.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics on a daily basis, including CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance insights to maximize results and ROI.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and persuasive copy.
- Ensure all paid media campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Communicate campaign results, insights, and optimization strategies clearly with internal stakeholders.
Market & Trend Analysis:
- Utilize AI-powered tools for market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and refine targeting strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates in digital and performance marketing.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven experience in Media Buying or Performance Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience managing ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
- Solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Proven experience in budget management and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for market research and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
