Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Conduct audience research and select the most effective targeting strategies.

Negotiate with media vendors to secure competitive rates and premium placements.

Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Track key metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align ad messaging and visuals.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer within a marketing or advertising agency.

Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid media tools.

Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.

Proven experience optimizing budgets for performance and ROI.

Solid negotiation skills and experience managing media vendors.

Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under pressure.
