About the Role:
BrandXB is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Media Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to consistently close deals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in media and marketing services.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and upsell additional services where possible.
- Conduct daily client meetings and presentations to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across various industries.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, and client communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in media sales or advertising sales.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and digital media solutions.
- Must own a car and be willing to meet clients daily across Dubai and other emirates if required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
