Medical Sales Representative

Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for promoting Cytolab-EG's specialized laboratory services to healthcare professionals and institutions at territories of (Heliopolis, The 5th Settlement , Nasr city, Maadi , Doki & Down Town ). Day-to-day activities include scheduling and conducting client visits, presenting and detailing oncology, genetics, and women's health services, and building strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and hospitals. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, negotiating service agreements within company guidelines, and meeting sales targets. The Medical Sales Representative will provide ongoing customer support, respond to client inquiries, coordinate with laboratory and operations teams, and participate in relevant events, meetings, and trainings. Accurate reporting, maintenance of client records, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards are essential aspects of this position.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, client relationship building, and achievement of sales targets.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to present complex information clearly, manage client expectations, and resolve issues effectively.

Candidates should ideally have a bachelor's degree in a medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences field, or equivalent relevant experience in healthcare or diagnostics.

Candidates should possess strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills, with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.

Candidates should demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, ethical conduct, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Previous experience of at least 1-2 years in healthcare, diagnostic laboratories, oncology, genetics, or women's health sales is a must, as well as fluency in English and Arabic.
