Job Description

Title: Microsoft CoPilot and Viva Lead

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Hybrid)

Employment Contract.

Job Description:

Level 3 experienced professional with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Messaging and Collaboration technologies, with proven hands-on experience in deployment, adoption, and governance of M365 Copilot and Viva modules across medium and large enterprise environments.

The role requires independent ownership of solution delivery while working very closely with Service Owners to drive successful adoption, value realization, and best-practice governance for modern workplace technologies.

Mandatory skills:

Level 3 experience in Messaging and Collaboration technologies within enterprise environments.

Proven hands-on experience in deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot for medium and large organizations.

Proven hands-on experience in deployment and adoption of Microsoft Viva modules in enterprise settings.

Strong experience with Power Platform development and workflow integration.

Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, especially working closely with Service Owners and customer leadership teams.

Demonstrated ability to translate past deployment experience into actionable guidance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across medium and large organizations, including readiness, rollout, and post-deployment optimization.

Drive deployment and adoption of Microsoft Viva modules (such as Viva Connections, Viva Insights, Viva Engage, Viva Learning, etc.) aligned to business use cases.

Design and implement adoption strategies, change management plans, and usage optimization initiatives in partnership with Service Owners and stakeholders.

Work independently while collaborating closely with the Service Owner to support the organization's broader adoption of Microsoft 365 technologies.

Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to develop and integrate workflows that enhance collaboration, productivity, and Copilot/Viva use cases.

Bring experience from past enterprise deployments to guide customers on:

Deployment sequencing and right-fit adoption paths

Governance models, controls, and compliance considerations

Security, data readiness, and operational best practices

Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing guidelines, recommendations, and best practices for sustainable and scalable deployments.

Support continuous improvement by identifying adoption gaps, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.

Desired skills:

Knowledge of Copilot Studio (considered an added advantage).

Strong Microsoft 365 and Messaging background (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) as an additional plus.
