Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Consultant located in Dubai. The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage lending process, assessing their financial situations, and providing tailored mortgage solutions. Daily tasks include analyzing clients financial information, preparing mortgage applications, advising clients on loan products, and coordinating with financial institutions to facilitate approvals. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional customer service will also be a key focus of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Lending, and the overall Finance sector
• Expertise in handling and managing mortgage-related tasks and processes
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships
• Ability to provide clear communication and advice on financial options
• Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proven experience or certifications in financial services or mortgage consulting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
