About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilledMotion Graphics Designerwith proven experience in thereal estate sectorto produce high-impact visual content that supports performance marketing, lead generation, and brand communication. The ideal candidate understands how to translate property features, investment value, and lifestyle messaging into compelling motion graphics optimized for digital platforms.
This role works closely with marketing managers, media buyers, videographers, and content teams to deliver assets that drive measurable results.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Production
- Design and producemotion graphics and animationsfor real estate marketing campaigns, including:
- Social media ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat)
- Property launch videos
- Off-plan project presentations
- Investment-focused explainer videos
- Event and roadshow promotions
- Animate:
- Floor plans, master plans, maps, and location highlights
- Price breakdowns, payment plans, ROI, rental yields, and USPs
- Text overlays, callouts, transitions, and infographics
- Create short-form, performance-driven videos optimized for:
- 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 formats
- High CTR and low CPL objectives
Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Performance marketing teams to align creatives with campaign objectives
- Videographers and editors to enhance raw footage with motion elements
- Content writers to visually translate scripts and hooks
- Adapt and localize creatives for different markets and languages when required
Optimization & Iteration
- Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing
- Optimize videos based on performance feedback (CTR, watch time, CPL)
- Ensure brand consistency across all motion assets
Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Skills
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects(mandatory)
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Solid understanding of:
- Typography animation
- Transitions, easing, and visual storytelling
- Color grading basics and composition
- Experience exporting and optimizing videos for paid media platforms
Real Estate Experience (Mandatory)
- Prior experience working with:
- Real estate brokers, developers, or property marketing agencies
- Strong understanding of:
- Off-plan vs secondary market properties
- Investor vs end-user messaging
- Common real estate KPIs (ROI, payment plans, handover timelines, locations)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating creatives specifically forlead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with luxury and high-end real estate branding
- Understanding of performance marketing requirements and fast turnaround cycles
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Portfolio demonstrating real estate motion graphics (mandatory for application)
