Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Motion Graphics & Animation

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically strong Motion Graphics professional who can own the full video production process from concept to final delivery.

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller, capable of transforming ideas into compelling motion content using 2D animation, with 3D animation as a strong plus, and has a solid understanding of montage, timing, sound, and narrative flow.

Key Responsibilities

Concept, Storytelling & Pre-Production

• Develop creative concepts based on briefs and brand guidelines
• Create storyboards, mood boards, and visual directions
• Translate scripts and ideas into clear motion narratives
• Collaborate on script refinement when needed

Motion Graphics & Animation

·      Develop creative concepts based on briefs and brand guidelines

·      Create storyboards, mood boards, and visual directions

·      Translate scripts and ideas into clear motion narratives

·      Collaborate on script refinement when needed

Post-Production & Sound

·       Handle full post-production workflow, including:

• Animation
• Transitions & visual effects
• Voice-over integration
• Music selection
• Sound design & sound effects

·       Ensure proper audio balance, timing, and final polish

·       Export content in multiple formats for digital platforms

Video Production & Filming (Plus)

·       Support or lead video shooting & filming when required

·       Work with cameras, lighting, and basic on-set setups (plus)

·       Integrate live footage with motion graphics and animation

·       Handle basic color correction and visual enhancement

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

·       Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Motion Graphics

·       Strong skills in montage & video editing

·       Advanced 2D motion graphics & animation

·       Ability to manage projects from concept to final delivery

·       Strong understanding of:

• Timing & pacing
• Visual storytelling
• Sound design & music integration

·       Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

·       Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics & animation work

Preferred / Nice to Have

·       3D animation experience (Cinema 4D, Blender, After Effects 3D, etc.)

·       Video shooting & filming experience

·       Experience in branding, commercials, social media videos

·       Experience in government, tech, or corporate environments

·       Experience working with creative agencies or production teams

Tools & Platforms

·       Adobe After Effects (Advanced)

·       Adobe Premiere Pro

·       Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

·       Cinema 4D / Blender (Plus)

·       Audition or equivalent for audio

·       DaVinci Resolve (Optional / Plus)
