Key Responsibilities
VIDEO PRODUCTION & MULTIMEDIA
- Plan and execute video shoots for project content, lifestyle content, and brand campaigns.
- Handle all aspects of video editing and post-production—color grading, music, captions, format
- optimisation for social and digital channels
- Produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp.

- Coordinate shoot logistics—location, talent, equipment, shot lists—in collaboration with the Creative &

- Utilise AI video tools (Runway, CapCut Pro, Adobe tools, etc.) to accelerate production and reduce

PERFORMANCE MARKETING & PAID CAMPAIGNS
- Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads,
- and other digital channels as required
- Build audience segments, targeting strategies, and lookalike audiences for both consumers and
- broker/investor campaigns
- Execute A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copy—iterate rapidly based on performance data.
- Monitor daily campaign performance - CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates - and optimise in real time.
- Manage campaign budgets within the approved monthly allocation - flag variance to the marketing director.

- Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure - Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters,

- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Manage lead quality tracking and maintain a feedback loop with the Sales team via CRM
- Support the client's automated journey, WhatsApp, and email campaign execution in coordination with IT
ARABIC CONTENT & MARKET LOCALISATION
- Create ad copy, captions, and campaign messaging in Arabic—fluent written Arabic is mandatory.
- Adapt video content for Arabic-speaking audiences—subtitles, voiceovers, or full Arabic-language
- versions
- Ensure cultural relevance and accuracy of all Arabic-language marketing materials.
- Support broker communications and investor materials in Arabic as required
- 3.4 REPORTING & COLLABORATION
- Report directly to the Marketing Director—weekly performance update, monthly detailed report.
- Collaborate daily with the creative & Brand Lead on creative briefs, shoot concepts, and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with IT on CRM integration, pixel implementation, and marketing automation setup.
- Attend joint marketing and sales lead quality reviews.
Requirements
MUST-HAVE
- Arabic—read and write fluently. This is a CEO-confirmed non-negotiable requirement.
- Minimum 3 years experience in performance marketing—Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign
- management
- Minimum 2 years experience in video production and editing — professional-level output
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage paid campaigns from setup to optimization to
- reporting
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, CPL optimisation, and ROAS measurement
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Portfolio of video work demonstrating both shooting and editing capability
- UAE License with vehicle
STRONG PREFERENCE
- Real estate or luxury property marketing experience — UAE market strongly preferred
- AI tool proficiency — Runway, CapCut Pro, Elevenlabs, Adobe Firefly, or equivalent
- Experience with marketing automation tools — Meta CAPI, server-side tracking, or equivalent
- SEO awareness—on-page optimisation and keyword strategy
- CRM experience — lead tracking, pipeline reporting, sales feedback loop
- Automation - Client journey
- Experience running WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns
- Drone operation or aerial photography capability (bonus)
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, media, or communications or equivalent practical experience
Relevant certifications: Meta Blueprint and Google Ads certifications—preferable but not mandatory if experience is strong.
