Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a MYP Individuals and Societies Teacher at Leaders International College in Cairo. The teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the IB curriculum framework. Additional responsibilities include assessing student progress, fostering critical thinking and inquiry, promoting a positive classroom environment, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
  • Proven experience in Education and Teaching, specifically within the framework of the IB program
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Experience or skills in Training and Professional Development of students
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, History, Geography, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
  • Teaching certification or accreditation, preferably in IB programs
  • Commitment to fostering a value-driven and student-centered learning environment
