Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Trainer (Spanish Speaker) for an on-site, full-time position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, facilitating Spanish language lessons, developing tailored curriculum and lesson plans, and providing personalized tutoring sessions to improve language skills. The role will involve supporting staff development, ensuring the effective delivery of educational content, and fostering language proficiency for business and professional purposes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Spanish Teaching, Teaching, and Tutoring
- Proficiency in developing Lesson Plans, Curriculum Development, and delivering structured educational content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of diverse learners
- Prior experience in professional or corporate training environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish Language, or a related field
- Fluency in Spanish and a proficient level of English
