Mystery Shopper

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mystery Shopper based in Cairo, Egypt. The Mystery Shopper will be responsible for evaluating customer service quality, assessing sales tactics, ensuring brand standards are met, and providing detailed reports about the in-store customer experience. Responsibilities include conducting store visits, interacting with staff as a typical customer, and reporting on areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a mystery shopper in international brand
• Proficiency in Market Research and Research for evaluating and analyzing customer and store performance data
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interactions with staff and customers
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to provide clear and accurate evaluation feedback
• Familiarity with retail and consumer behavior is a plus
• Flexibility to visit multiple store locations as required
