Job Description
- Manage the operational administration of the foundation
- Support IT Director in delivering the IT environment for the building
- Provide helpdesk support and troubleshooting at first line
- Ensure users of the facilities receive a professional and proactive response at all times
- Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendors
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering/IT
- Experience in the IT domain with at least 4 years work experience in an IT support role
