The Role:
- Design, deploy, configure, and support network infrastructure enabling Unified Communications (UCC) and AV platforms
- Support Cisco, Meraki, Microsoft Teams Voice, Zoom, Google UCC, and other cloud collaboration technologies
- Provide technical guidance to field engineers, AV programmers, and systems designers during installation and commissioning
- Troubleshoot complex network issues impacting enterprise voice, video, and digital media solutions
- Support global deployments, including licensing, remediation, and lifecycle management activities
- Design and commission virtual server environments across ESXi, AWS, Hyper-V, and Nutanix platforms
- Provide operational support for Windows and Linux servers, including patching and performance tuning
- Promote secure, scalable, and best-practice network configurations across enterprise environments
Skills Needed:
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, and enterprise networking technologies
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Voice, Zoom, Google Meet, and cloud-based UCC platforms
- Knowledge of AV-over-IP technologies such as DANTE, QSYS, and Crestron
- Experience with virtualisation and cloud infrastructure (VMware ESXi, AWS, Hyper-V, Nutanix)
- Strong troubleshooting and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across global, cross-functional teams
