Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundational knowledge of security principles and practices, along with proficiency in BIG-IP F5 LTM and ASM or Imperva WAF and A10 load balancer
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage network security solutions like FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities and perform regular security assessments.
- Configure and maintain BIG-IP F5 LTM and ASM for application delivery and security, or Imperva WAF and A10 load balancer.
- Configure and maintain NAC solution for user access and device admin, like Aruba ClearPass or Cisco ISE
- Hands-on experience in IDS/IPS, like Trellix IPS, or anything related to
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses.
- Respond to security incidents and provide remediation strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends to enhance network security measures.
- Document security policies, procedures, and incident reports.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Proficient in security Network access products like Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass.
- Strong knowledge of security fundamentals, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and encryption.
- Proficient in BIG-IP F5 LTM and ASM configuration and management, or anything related to like Imperva WAF and A10 load balancer.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA security, CCNP score, CCIE, Fortinet, Palo Alto) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
