NOC Engineer

We are seeking a motivated NOC Engineer with 2+ years of experience in network and infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring IT systems, ensuring high availability, and resolving network and system issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain network and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability.

Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues.

Manage and maintain servers and Microsoft infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS).

Configure and support network devices and security tools.

Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and incidents.

Support IT teams in infrastructure improvements and upgrades.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in NOC, network, or infrastructure roles.

Experience with Microsoft infrastructure (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS).

Good understanding of networking fundamentals and monitoring tools.

Experience with system administration and troubleshooting.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Fluent in Arabic is required.
