Job Purpose:
We are looking for an Odoo Implementer to lead the analysis, configuration, and deployment of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into Odoo configurations, support users, and ensure successful go-live and post-implementation support.
Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Odoo modules
- Configure and implement Odoo modules (e.g. Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, HR)
- Prepare functional design documents and implementation plans
- Coordinate with technical developers for customizations and integrations
- Perform system testing (UAT) and support go-live activities
- Migrate data from legacy systems to Odoo
- Train end users and prepare user documentation
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement
- Act as the main functional point of contact between business users and technical teams
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 02 years of experience in ERP, business systems, or software implementation
- Internship or project exposure to Odoo or similar ERP systems is a plus
