Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Off-Plan Property Consultant located in Dubai. The Off-Plan Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice on off-plan property investments, managing lead inquiries, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role comes with a limitless earning potential.

Compensation:

• Commission-based role with uncapped earning potential

Our Requirements:

• Experience: 01 year of experience in real estate sales (Dubai market preferred). Self-motivated fresh graduates with strong interpersonal and sales skills are welcome to apply.
• Market Knowledge: Strong insight into both off-plan and secondary market trends
• Sales Skills: Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Mindset: Disciplined, Self-driven, Entrepreneurial
• Work Ethic: Goal-oriented, resilient, and committed to delivering results
• Applicants must have high-level proficiency in English
