Job Title: Office Manager (Construction / Electrical Contracting)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 12,000 per month
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in electrical contracting or construction (minimum 5 years). The ideal candidate is someone who can run the office independently, stay organized under pressure, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee full office operations and administration
- Manage onboarding, HR administration, and personnel files
- Maintain compliance, documentation, and record-keeping
- Coordinate resourcing and support project teams
- Handle daily office workflows, scheduling, and support tasks
- Manage all office systems: utilities, rent/bills, printers, scanners, PCs, CCTV, clock-in systems
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Ensure the office environment is functional, tidy, and efficient
Requirements- Minimum 5 years experience in an electrical contracting or construction company
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT/office systems
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
