Job Description
The Office Manager will provide direct administrative and organizational support to the Sales Director, ensuring efficient workflow, effective coordination, and well-managed daily operations. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the Sales Director's daily and weekly schedule.
- Coordinate and confirm internal and external meetings and appointments.
- Prepare meeting summaries, minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Facilitate communication between the Sales Director and internal departments.
- Track ongoing tasks and ensure timely execution by the team.
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and documents when needed.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degreeinBusiness Administration,Office Administration,or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experiencein office management or executive support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
