Job Description

The Office Manager will provide direct administrative and organizational support to the Sales Director, ensuring efficient workflow, effective coordination, and well-managed daily operations. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the Sales Director's daily and weekly schedule.
  • Coordinate and confirm internal and external meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare meeting summaries, minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Facilitate communication between the Sales Director and internal departments.
  • Track ongoing tasks and ensure timely execution by the team.
  • Prepare basic reports, presentations, and documents when needed.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming emails and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degreeinBusiness Administration,Office Administration,or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experiencein office management or executive support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
