Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves handling day-to-day clerical tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle general office administration, including filing, scanning, and maintaining records
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and basic documentation
  • Support the team with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow

Key Requirements

  • Saudi national
