Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves handling day-to-day clerical tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general office administration, including filing, scanning, and maintaining records
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and basic documentation
- Support the team with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned
Key Requirements
- Saudi national
- Minimum high school diploma; diploma or degree in administration or related field preferred
- Basic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
