Role Description The Online Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for promoting LCIS programs and services to prospective learners through digital channels. On a daily basis, this role manages inbound and outbound online inquiries, guides potential students through program options, and provides accurate information about admissions and enrollment processes. The specialist conducts virtual consultations, follows up on leads, and uses online marketing and sales tools to convert prospects into enrolled students. This role also collaborates with academic and support teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience and may assist in delivering basic training or orientation sessions on LCIS platforms for new learners. Ongoing performance tracking and reporting on sales activities are integral parts of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to handle inquiries, build rapport, and support prospective learners.
- Proven sales and online marketing abilities to generate leads, nurture prospects, and achieve enrollment targets.
- Experience delivering training or onboarding sessions, especially in an online or educational environment.
- Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with CRM systems, video conferencing tools, and common office software.
- Prior experience in education, e-learning, or student recruitment is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to different cultural and educational backgrounds.
- Relevant post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
