Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Online Sales Specialist role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The specialist will focus on engaging with potential clients, conducting customer outreach, managing online sales campaigns, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and promoting customized training and self-development programs. Collaboration with marketing and training teams to optimize sales strategies is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to effectively engage and build rapport with clients
  • Proficiency in Sales and Online Marketing to drive revenue and manage digital sales channels
  • Knowledge and experience in delivering or supporting Training services is advantageous
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in using online tools and platforms to manage sales and client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
