Job Summary

We are seeking an ethical OSINT Specialist to transform publicly available data into actionable B2B lead intelligence. Unlike traditional SDRs who use standard databases (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), you will use advanced search operators, digital forensics, and automated scraping to uncover hidden buyer intent signals, org charts, technographic data, and direct contact information that competitors miss.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deep Lead Discovery

· Use advanced Google dorks, Bing, and Yandex search operators to find non-obvious leads (e.g., PDF annual reports with decision-maker names, conference attendee lists, SEC filings).
· Discover direct-dial numbers and verified email patterns using social media, GitHub repos, WHOIS records, and data breach correlations (without accessing non-public data).

2. Intent & Trigger Event Monitoring

· Monitor job postings, press releases, and patent filings to identify companies actively hiring for specific roles (e.g., Head of GDPR Compliance = likely buying compliance software).
· Track changes on target websites (new C-suite pages, investor updates, case study removals) using change detection tools.

3. Data Enrichment & Verification

· Cross-validate lead data across 5+ OSINT sources to ensure 95%+ accuracy before CRM entry.
· Identify technographic stacks (e.g., who uses Salesforce vs. HubSpot) via source code analysis, job descriptions, and support forum posts.

4. Automation & Tooling

· Build Python scripts using requests, BeautifulSoup, and Selenium for ethical scraping of public directories.
· Maintain internal dashboards using Maltego, SpiderFoot, or Recon-ng to visualize lead networks.

5. Compliance & Ethics

· Operate strictly within GDPR, CCPA, and CFAA guidelines (no password bypassing, no rate-limit abuse, respect robots.txt).
· Document collection methods for auditability.


Job Specifications



Required Qualifications

Experience 2+ years in OSINT, competitive intelligence, or sales intelligence. 1+ year in B2B lead generation.

Technical Advanced Google dorks; Python for web scraping; regex for data extraction; familiarity with Maltego, theHarvester, or Photon.

OSINT Tradecraft Proficient with Shodan, Censys, Dehashed, HaveIBeenPwned (API), and archive.org (Wayback Machine).

Sales Acumen Understands ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), buyer personas, and sales funnel stages (MQL → SQL).
Soft Skills Hyper-observant, persistent, ethically disciplined, able to write concise intelligence briefs (not data dumps).

Preferred Nice-to-Have

· Experience with CasperJS, Scrapy, or Playwright for dynamic JS-heavy sites.

· Knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j) for relationship mapping (e.g., who knows whom at target orgs).

· Certification: SANS SEC487 (OSINT Collection & Analysis) or GIAC GOSI.

· Language skills – ability to search non-English sources (Chinese, German, Arabic) for global leads.
