We are seeking an enthusiastic Operation Intern to join our dynamic operations team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in supporting daily operational activities essential for the company's success.
As an Operation Intern, you will assist in streamlining processes, coordinating with various teams, and supporting project execution to ensure smooth business operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support operational activities across departments to improve efficiency and productivity
- Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and tracking project progress
- Help maintain and update operational documentation and records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, commercial, and sales
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Participate in meetings and prepare reports as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Basic knowledge of operational workflows and project coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Available to start in June or later
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or experience in business operations or project coordination
- Familiarity with telecommunications industry and startup environments
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
