Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading outlet teams, maintaining high food and service standards, and improving overall business performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of outlets.
• Supervise outlet managers, supervisors, kitchen staff, and service staff.
• Plan manpower requirements and prepare staff work schedules.
• Monitor sales performance, labour costs, food costs, and operating expenses.
• Ensure consistent food quality, customer service, and operational standards across all outlets.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and supplier relationships.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate employees.
• Resolve operational issues and customer feedback promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety, workplace safety, and employment regulations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
• Work closely with company directors to achieve business objectives and support business growth.

Requirements:

• Have experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations.
• Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manpower planning, budgeting, inventory management, cost control, and supplier management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead teams effectively.
