Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for an Operations Manager at Dafa Egypt. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure that projects are executed efficiently and align with company objectives. The role involves streamlining existing processes, maintaining inventory controls, and collaborating with multiple departments to achieve operational excellence. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety protocols and driving cost optimization strategies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the construction or heating systems industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification is advantageous.
