Operations Manager – Family Entertainment | Dubai
Kingston Stanley are currently partnering with a fast-growing family entertainment concept in the UAE that specializes in soft play and kids experiences.
They are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to support their expansion and drive operational excellence across multiple locations.
The Role
This is a hands-on, multi-site position where you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations across entertainment venues
- Ensuring high standards of safety, service, and customer experience
- Leading, training, and motivating operational teams
- Managing KPIs, performance, and operational efficiency
- Supporting new site openings and driving continuous improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Operations Management
- Strong background in Family Entertainment Centres (FECs) is highly preferred
- Candidates from theme parks, amusement parks, or similar high-footfall entertainment environments will also be considered
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong understanding of customer experience and operational standards
- Dubai experience is essential
- Must be based in Dubai
Package
