YOUR POSITION
We are therefore looking for unique profiles... to join this unique adventure! The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
As a Mind Oasis Store Manager, your goal is to create unforgettable customer experience and empower your team to perform at their best. In constant contact with your Area Manager, you are responsible for the deployment of Rituals commercial strategy in your store and the achievement of commercial objectives. On a daily basis, your missions consist of:
- Guarantee impeccable service in store by advising your customers on Rituals products and philosophy
- Define, in agreement with your Area Manager, ambitious weekly and daily objectives in order to stimulate sales by animating sales indicators with your team
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of in-store procedures (visual merchandising, checkout control, stock management, security, maintenance, etc.)
- Guarantee excellent administrative management of your team by developing optimized schedules, monitoring working hours, absences, leave requests, etc.
- Encourage your team's well-being and engagement through ongoing product and procedure training, and regular, constructive feedback
- Build a close-knit team that is as diverse as it is inclusive, by attracting, recruiting, and retaining talent at Rituals
- Be a true brand ambassador to journalists, VIP customers and during visits by internal teams
YOUR PROFILE

- You have at least 7-10 years of UAE experience as a Store Manager in the hospitality or retail sector (ideally in beauty or cosmetics)
- You have a Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related subject
- You know how to develop a long-term sales strategy at your point of sale, while setting up concrete performance indicators to achieve your objectives
- You are an expert in the administrative management of your team (recruitment, schedule management, etc.)
- You are a natural leader and know how to coach your employees daily in order to develop their skills and promote their commitment
- You like to take initiative and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You know how to represent the brand with elegance and professionalism to a demanding international clientele
- You are flexible (you can work in the evenings, on weekends and during busy periods)
- You have a good command of computer tools and fluent level of English and any other language would be a plus (Arabic, Russian, French etc.)
